INFLATABLES US INC. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:
1. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS. We accept your order based on your P.O. or Sales confirmation. Terms will be as stated on your order no different or additional terms will be accepted unless authorized by an authorized personnel.
2. PAYMENT: We take money orders, certified funds, bank wire transfer cash or credit card. OEM orders placed without a deposit will not be started until a secured deposit has been received.
3. SHIPPING: INFLATABLES US INC. will offer the discounts to the customer for their shipments through the carriers INFLATABLES US INC. deals with. Unless a carrier is specified by a customer INFLATABLES US INC will use the most suitable carrier to get the products to the customer. Shipments requiring a lift gate to unload products may be subject to an additional charge. We are not responsible for Damages caused by shipping, Freight carriers policies for handling damage of merchandise must be followed to assure that claims are handled properly and reimbursed for the repair of damaged products.
4. WARRANTY: INFLATABLES US INC. offers 1 year limited Warranty on the Inflatables and blowers. INFLATABLES US INC. warrants that the Inflatable is free from Manufacture defects. Mats and slide covers are not warranted after the first 30 days, these covers are intended to reduce wear on the inflatable and require periodic replacement. Seller is not responsible for any lost revenue as a result of a warranty claim. Buyer will be responsible for all round trip shipping charges and any damages if occur during shipping. This warranty will be voided if the Inflatable is repaired by any other repair company that is not approved by INFLATABLES US INC. All returned shipments must be approved by INFLATABLES US INC.
5. TAXES AND DUTY: All charges are subject to federal, state and local taxes if applicable. All duty or taxes for International shipments will be paid by customer to custom authorities.
6. DISCLAIMER: INFLATABLES US INC disclaims any responsibility to buyer or any other person for injury to person or damage to or loss of property or value caused by any product which has been misuse, misapplied, negligence or accident, improperly installed or maintained, been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons.
7. CANCELATION: Buyer may cancel the order within 48 hours from the date of order confirmation. Buyer may be responsible for any incurred charges due to the cancellation of order.
8. RETURN POLICY: Items can be returned within 5 days after receiving the items with a Return Authorization Number and item must be in an unused condition. A restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) of the price of the item will be deducted. Customer will be responsible for all charges and shipping charges of the item been returned. INFLATABLES US INC will not accept returns on any Custom Made Products.
9. GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION AND VENUE: In the event of litigation between the parties concerning the order such actions shall be governed by the laws of TEXAS venue shall be in Forth Worth/Tarrant County, TEXAS and the action shall be brought in the TEXAS or federal courts of appropriate jurisdiction.
